Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is a nonprofit, community-based organization and the second largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the nation, serving communities across Fresno, Kings, Kern, and Tulare counties. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of local community and business leaders, FHCN is committed to expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Recognized for excellence, Family HealthCare Network has earned four Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) quality awards, including National Quality Leader in Diabetes Health, Improving Health Care Access, Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality, and Preventive Health. The organization is also distinguished by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Today, FHCN provides comprehensive primary care through a network of over 50 locations across the Central Valley. Beyond its health centers, FHCN expands access to care through its Mobile Health Unit, Mobile Dental Unit, The BookNook in downtown Visalia, a community Resource Center in Porterville, and food pantries at select health centers, helping meet the health and social needs of underserved communities.
