Kalamazoo Long Term Care Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services to assisted living, skilled living, adult foster care, mental health, and PACE programs throughout Michigan. As a long term care pharmacy, the processes are handled differently than that of a retail pharmacy. The location is closed to walk-in patients. Our technicians are split into two groups. Input and production with room to grow and advance for all of our technicians. Our input team enters orders, communicates with physicians and facilities, and orchestrates medication refills, labs, and STAT orders. Our production team packages the medication in blister cards, bottles, compliance packages, robotic packaging, and medication wheels. As a company, we continue to evolve and try out new ways to keep a fun and caring environment for staff and our customers. We offer a bi-annual profit-sharing program for employees. We are all ears for ways to improve our culture and work environment. We can’t wait to see what ideas and personality you can add to our family.
