Westside Terrace Healthcare provides licensed care around the clock for individuals requiring rehabilitation or who have nursing care needs related to medically-complex diagnoses. Registered and licensed practical nurses are on staff seven days/week, and have expertise in intravenous therapy (I.V.), including antibiotic therapy, PICC lines, and central lines; wound care, pain management and more. All of our residents have access to a certified gerontologist, orthopedic physician and a neuropsychologist; occupational, speech and physical therapists; a licensed social worker and registered dietician. We are also staffed with certified activity professionals and nursing assistants. Our medical director is the key to maintaining excellent medical services and plays a key role in developing and implementing our clinical care guidelines. Our medical director makes rounds and has a team to support your medical needs. We have physicians you may select to coordinate your care and help you feel your best. Optometry, podiatry, and dental care services can be provided on site for your convenience. If you should need rehabilitation services, we can provide a physical, occupational and speech therapy evaluation to determine a personalized plan of care. In addition, we offer orthopedic consultation as well as established relationships with a multitude of medical specialties to meet your individual needs.
