Locally owned and operated, Windward Life Care has served San Diego County since 2004. Windward Life Care offers an integrated model of care, with experienced clinicians overseeing our home care aide employees. Older adults, their families, and their professional representatives establish a relationship of trust with an Aging Life Care Manager upon whom they can rely as the client's condition changes over time. The care manager is a guide with knowledge of local resources who understands the physical and emotional challenges of aging and disability, and possesses the skills to navigate difficult terrain.
