Infinity Healthcare Services is so much more than just exceptional home health care. From the very first time you speak with us you will begin to understand what makes Infinity different from other home care companies. Unique Services Rise and Shine/Tuck-In Service provides an aide to simply help individuals get out of or into bed each day. An aide can assist with waking and sleep time activities of daily living, prepare a small breakfast or snack and assist the individual into bed and even set alarms if necessary. At Infinity we have no minimum number of hours per day you’re required to use our services. We can provide services 1 hour per day up to 24 hours per day – this means you only pay for what you need. Hospital Accompaniment allows for an aide to come to your home, help you pack, secure your home and escort you to the hospital. This can even be done in an unexpected emergency situation. Additionally, should any of our clients be admitted to the hospital a staff member of Infinity Health Care Services will meet the client at the hospital until a family member can arrive or they are admitted into a room. After a client is discharged a staff member can pick up the client, bring them home and get them settled in. Our nurse can review your discharge orders and help to educate you and your family on the discharge instructions. We find that this type of service helps our clients follow discharge instructions and to avoid re-entry into the hospital. This is also a perfect solution for long distance care givers – our families are kept abreast of what is happening and know that their loved one is with someone they trust and who is going to advocate for them.
