North Central Family Medicine was established in 1989 in Rock Hill, SC, as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. In September 1991, the organization was designated as a federally funded Community Health Center. Today, we provide comprehensive primary medical care to approximately 11,000 residents across York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties, with more than 35,000 patient visits annually at our three locations. We are committed to serving all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay, offering a sliding fee scale that is updated annually by the Bureau of Primary Health Care to ensure accessibility for all members of our community.
