About the role

Behavioral Health Clinicians evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations in children and families, utilizing engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development. Clinicians will collaborate within a true interdisciplinary team environment including OTs, PTs, SLPs, and Psychology staff.

About the Role

Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.

Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in North Carolina (or eligible) 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply) Bilingual skills a plus Ready to grow your career in a place that values you as much as your work?
