The Physical Therapist will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, establish appropriate plans of care, and carry out individually designed physical treatment programs to improve function and alleviate pain. This role also involves supervising physical therapy assistants and aids in treatment delivery.
Applicants must possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Essential attributes include strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a potentially stressful environment.
