Description Pulmonary Medicine Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine team in our Roseville clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality respiratory and sleep care.
This is a full time, exempt position Monday through Friday.

· Under the general Supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough · Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia. · Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherence · Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified pulmonologists · Provide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene · Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists · Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
