Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for services at our Franciscan Health Crown Point [https://directory.franciscanhealth.org/location/franciscan-health-crown-point] in Crown Point, IN with outreach to Munster and Dyer.
Provider will see procedures consisting of general PM&R, stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedics, and neurology treatments. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Candidate will work collaboratively with our talented team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Candidates must possess a Doctorate and a Physician License (MD/DO) upon hire, along with Board Certification (or eligibility) in the specialty discipline. Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required upon hire.
