$145 - $150 per hour Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Location/Position Specific Responsibilities: Sonoma location; In person for IDT meetings 2 times per week. On-call: Wednesdays from 5pm – 8:30am with an additional $300 per night rate (receiving 2-3 calls) Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Candidates must be a licensed physician in California with a current DEA license. Board certification in Hospice & Palliative medicine is preferred, though all medical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
