The role is responsible for facilitating individual and group therapy for patients dealing with trauma, mood disorders, co-occurring issues, or substance use complications, with groups running Monday through Friday. This position also involves providing direct patient care to adults aged 18+, conducting assessments, managing cases, intervening in crises, and actively participating in the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with a Graduate Clinical Licensure in the District of Columbia (LGPC/LPC/LGSW). A minimum of one to two years of experience delivering direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting, including treatment for substance use and trauma, is required.
