The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct or indirect nursing care to patients presenting with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems. This role also involves participating in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Candidates must have a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN program and current state licensure, with BLS/CPR certification being preferred. Essential qualifications include a high priority on patient comfort, strict confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical support under physician supervision. The role delivers direct and indirect patient care, applies established clinical principles and professional standards, and supports the efficient operation of the practice through both clinical and clerical duties as assigned.
