The technician is responsible for documenting services, maintaining healthy boundaries, and ensuring the safety of residents. Additional duties include cooking, cleaning, managing the daily schedule, and facilitating resident support.
Candidates must be willing to learn, distribute medications, and care for others. Applicants must also be eligible to work in the USA and complete required health screenings including flu, TB, and COVID-19 vaccinations.

Job Location: West Valley-Midvale
Starting at $18.00 per hour (+ $1 shift differential for overnight shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM)
In your day-to-day work, you will have the opportunity to get to know residents one-on-one in a deep and meaningful way. You will provide them with individualized attention and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work with residents to help them understand their healthy and unhealthy behaviors and develop and use coping skills. Your role will involve holding residents accountable for their life goals and rewarding them for their excellent work. By working closely with residents and helping them make positive changes in their lives, you will make a significant and meaningful contribution to our organization and to the lives of those we serve.

Each employee is expected to clearly understand roles and responsibilities regarding the following: Specific job position, time management, personnel file requirements, client record system, incident reporting, mandatory training requirements, maintaining proper client boundaries, and individual rights of clients and staff.Physical Demands of the Job: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs., sit for prolonged periods, and perform light to moderate physical activity at times.
