The clinician will provide competent, quality Social Work services following the NASW Code of Ethics, performing independent clinical assessments and implementing comprehensive, outcome-focused interventions for patients and families. Responsibilities include maintaining direct patient contact, adhering to legal statutes in maltreatment cases, and engaging in continuous professional development and education.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and two years of related work experience, along with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification from the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board. The role requires the ability to function independently, work under stress, demonstrate strong team collaboration, and effectively manage a fast-paced environment.
