About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant plays an essential role in promoting a healthy, safe, and emotionally supportive environment for residents by assisting them with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, following resident service plans, and communicating daily with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care.

For over 10 years, Franklin has developed and operated senior housing communities in Texas.

The recent acquisition in Johns Creek is part of our growth plan for 2026 and beyond.

As a CNA on our Care Team, you play an essential role in promoting a healthy, safe, and emotionally supportive environment for our residents.

Full-Time Opportunities 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ✔ Supportive team that truly feels like family ✔ FREE meals during your shift ✔ Beautiful, home-like work environment ✔ Fun and uplifting atmosphere ✔ Paid training What You’ll Do Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, mobility, and incontinence care Provide compassionate, personalized care Maintain accurate documentation and follow resident service plans Communicate daily with Resident Services team to support continuity of care Promote safety for residents, visitors, and employees Support operations and programming within Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods Additional responsibilities as outlined in the full job description You would love working for Franklin if you have ....

A positive, team-oriented attitude A passion for serving seniors with empathy, professionalism, kindness, and excellence Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or dementia-related care (preferred) CPR certification (preferred) Flexibility to work some holidays and assist as needed ✅ Qualifications: At least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience Ability to complete required state dementia training for position Clear background screening Willingness to comply with Drug Free Workplace policy Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification CNA or MA certification in good standing (as required by state guidelines) Experience using computerized resident documentation systems

Requirements
