The primary role involves safely and efficiently performing clinical assistant duties to support provider and patient needs during normal business hours. Essential duties include preparing patients by obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting providers with care, administering medications, and maintaining clean clinical work areas.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited LPN program and be licensed in Wisconsin, or have graduated from a Medical Assistant program and hold current certification, including a minimum 6-week externship. Required knowledge includes medical terminology, general nursing skills, and proficiency with PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
