Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for providing essential nursing care, which includes monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. They must also collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care and report to the Director of Nursing.
Candidates must possess a valid LPN license in the State of Pennsylvania to perform duties such as conducting thorough patient assessments and implementing treatment plans under RN direction. The role requires accurate and timely documentation alongside direct resident care.

WeCare Centers at South Hills Care Center, located at 201 Village Dr. Canonsburg, PA 15317, is actively seeking dedicated LPNs to add to our growing team on the Evening Shift.
Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.
