WeCare Centers at South Hills Care Center, located at 201 Village Dr. Canonsburg, PA 15317, is actively seeking dedicated LPNs to add to our growing team on the Evening Shift.
Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.

Job Duties Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
Provide regular patient status updates.
Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plans.
Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Supervise, administer and or assist with medications.
Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
Follow the plan of care for each resident.
Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
Qualifications: Valid LPN license in the State of PA
