About the role

The role involves providing rehabilitative services to patients based on specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team, which includes planning initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings. Therapists will conduct one-on-one, individualized, functional-based treatment sessions and participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.

Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.

Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.

Treat residents one on one, not in a group type setting, so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach.

Candidates must possess a degree in the area of discipline and hold a current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or be able to obtain one before employment begins. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills, along with computer proficiency, are also required.
