The Physical Therapist will provide quality services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients upon physician referral. This includes performing detailed clinical assessments and developing a comprehensive plan-of-care based on evaluation findings.
Candidates must be a graduate of a physical therapy program, hold a current PA Physical Therapy license, and possess a required Provider BLS certification. A minimum of one year of acute care experience is desired, and while a BS is required, a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred.

Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting. Min of 1 year acute care experience desired.
