The Clinical Nurse II will provide direct and indirect patient care, including rooming patients, assisting with exams, and administering medications. They will also collaborate with the clinical team and act as a liaison to ensure appropriate patient care.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program and have 1-2 years of RN experience, preferably in fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health. BLS certification is required, and those without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must enroll in a BSN program within two years.
Registered nurses hired between July 1, 2014 and April 11, 2021 without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) are encouraged to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date but must complete the program within seven years of their start date. Registered nurses hired before July 1, 2014 are not required to enroll in a BSN program to remain in this job classification. 1-2 years RN experience IV/Venipuncture Fertility will be prioritized and is stongly preferred. OB/GYN, L&D, Women’s Health Experience will be prioritized and is strongly preferred BLS required
