Caregivers will provide essential personal care and assistance, including support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility, and medication reminders for clients in their homes. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, companionship, and monitoring/reporting changes in the client's health status.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with preferred previous caregiver experience and CPR/First Aid certification. A compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team are essential.

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
