About the role

The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, social work, case management, mental health assessments, and conducting family therapy sessions. Key duties include scheduling virtual client meetings, performing psychological evaluations, diagnosis, and providing crisis intervention.

About the Role

Consciousabraxas is seeking a part-time, remote Mental Health Therapist to support our expanding telehealth practice in Ohio. This role is designed for independently licensed clinicians who are confident in delivering evidence-based care within a structured, insurance-driven model.

The therapist will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establish DSM-5 diagnoses, develop medically necessary treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy services via secure telehealth platforms. All services must be documented in compliance with commercial insurance and Medicaid standards.

This position requires strong clinical judgment, efficient documentation practices, and the ability to manage a growing caseload independently. Therapists will collaborate with Clinical Leadership to maintain quality assurance standards, outcome tracking, and continuity of care.

We are building a scalable, systems-driven behavioral health organization, and this role is ideal for clinicians who value structure, professionalism, and long-term growth.
