The Case Manager RN will coordinate comprehensive care plans by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address patients' physical, social, and emotional needs. Key duties involve managing benefits and reviewing service utilization to determine appropriateness and medical necessity using a concurrent review process.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of Case Management experience and hold a current RN license in good standing. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related field, is required, and Case Management Certification is preferred.

USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
