LVN - Per Diem

Qualifications

Experience: At least one (1) year experience as LVN Education: Current California LVN license. Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree. Current CPR Certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to apply good clinical judgment, plan work, establish priorities and maintain flexibility. Proficient written and verbal skills. Ability to use a computer proficiently.

Responsibilities

Organizes and directs shift responsibilities and duties Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physicians. Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift. Review medications and completeness of information.
