Position Overview BayCare Medical Group | Winter Haven, FL BayCare Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative Anesthesia team at Winter Haven Hospital.
Position Highlights Team culture + autonomy: Supportive, collaborative anesthesia team where CRNAs practice independently with physician backup available when needed.

Predictable scheduling + flexibility: Multiple shift options (8s, 10s, 12s) with transparent expectations, fair daily assignments, and clearly structured breaks and relief.
Variety + growth: Broad case mix with opportunities to build and maintain skills in ortho, general surgery, vascular, urology, endo, IR, and EP/cath lab; ongoing education and mentorship, including support for new grads.
Call structure: No call, with holiday or weekend coverage optional.
Case mix: Ortho, General, EP, Vascular, GYN, Urology, ENDO, IR.
Not performed: OB, Cardiac, Pediatrics.
