Assist in the administration of general and regional anesthesia to surgical and non-surgical patients under the direction of an Anesthesiologist. Manage patient monitoring, pre- and post-anesthetic care, and perform acute cardio-pulmonary resuscitation when necessary.
Must hold a Master's degree as a CRNA or CAA and be licensed to practice in Georgia. Required certifications include NBCRNA or NCCAA, as well as BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
Overview Emory Specialty Associates (ESA) is seeking to hire Anesthetists - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA), to work in a PRN/As-needed basis at the LaGrange - Ambulatory Surgery Center. Work Hours/Schedule: PRN/As-needed. Work Location: Emory Specialty Associates (ESA) at LaGrange - Ambulatory Surgery Center 1805 Vernon RD, Ste C, LaGrange, GA 30240.
Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) Master’s Degree program. Licensed or eligible to practice in the State of Georgia. Certified by National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA). Must maintain biannual certification through the submission of Continuing Medical Education credits (CMEs). BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from American Heart Association (AHA) required.
