Through coordinated teamwork, we personalize the care of patients and treat everyone with dignity to ensure the best experience possible.

Established team of (3) Medical Oncologists, (2) Radiation Oncologists, (2) APPs Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community consisting of: RN Navigators, Social Worker, Case Managers, Referral Speciaists and more Comprehensive onsite services in one location to include: Hem/Onc, Rad/Onc Clinics, and Infusion Center

Responsibilities

Average of 20 patients per day; no nights, weekends, or holidays 4 day work week Clinic hours M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No call Outpatient practice Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oncology Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in. Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oncology. Applicants must also be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa.
