Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our growing OP team in our Franklin, TN Clinic. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support whole-person treatment.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to promote long-term wellness and recovery.
