Collaborates with treatment teams to implement recovery plans and provide peer support and advocacy for clients and caregivers. Focuses on building trust, mentoring participants, and assisting with community reintegration and independent living skills.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience. A current Recovery Peer Advocate or Provisional certification is preferred.
Implements the treatment plan in collaboration with the treatment team. Provides a variety of peer support, advocacy, and other recovery services to clients and caregivers.
