Market context
Minnesota allied-health employers often look for licensed physical therapists with solid clinical experience, so demand can be steady but competition is strongest for candidates who already meet state licensure and experience thresholds. These roles are competitive because employers value accredited training, a valid Minnesota Physical Therapy Board license, and hands-on practice in patient care settings.
