CMA to be assigned to Dr.
Athappan - chart preparation, schedule flow.
Ensuring patients are roomed, vitals obtained.
Reviewing that all testing has been completed prior to upcoming appointment, communicating with scheduling staff as needed for patient add on's or reschedules.
Responding to patient calls and portal message and communicating with Dr. as needed to ensure patient care is completed.
