This position involves providing primary care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, which includes comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation of medical care. Nurses will work with complex cases utilizing advanced therapies and collaborate closely within a supportive, expert team environment.
Candidates must possess a current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license authorized for practice in Montana, along with required Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar critical care position, with Open Heart experience being a plus.

Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position preferred. Open Heart experience is preferred. Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care. Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line. Additional certifications may be required as applicable to assigned area(s). Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: PRN, Night shift - 12 hour shifts Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs.
