Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of passing required background screenings and completing necessary training. Essential physical requirements include the ability to assist with mobility and lift up to 50 lbs as needed, alongside a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
Description We are seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Attendants to support individuals in their homes and communities. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and safety.
You will assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. You will also provide meaningful companionship, offering conversation, social engagement, and emotional support to help individuals feel connected, valued, and supported in their daily lives.
This position requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to follow individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation. You will play a key role in helping individuals live safely and comfortably in their home environment.
