The Registered Nurse will work within a 34-bed Progressive Care Unit managing high acuity patients including those requiring Telemetry, Stroke, Vent, Trach, and PCI care. Responsibilities also involve participating in self-scheduling and engaging in Shared Governance councils for unit improvement.

Rotating weekends
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program BSN within five years of employment (required) Tuition Reimbursement Program ($5,250/calendar year)
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia BLS
Experience: One year of recent PCU and/or Medical-Surgical experience (required)
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program and hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia, along with BLS certification. A minimum of one year of recent PCU and/or Medical-Surgical experience is required, and a BSN must be obtained within five years of employment.
