Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (Per Diem) Boulder City Hospital – Boulder City, NV

Boulder City Hospital is seeking dependable and compassionate Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our Long Term Care residents. This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling, additional shifts, or supplemental income while working in a supportive community hospital environment.

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily assistance to residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety.

• What you’ll do
• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility
• Support nurses with treatments and basic clinical tasks under supervision
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Document care provided and maintain resident confidentiality

Requirements

• Current Nevada CNA License
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
• Understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
