Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with medical plans and established policies. Coordinate with healthcare teams to document assessments, delegate tasks, and educate patients and their families.
Requires a nursing degree (Associate, Bachelor, or Diploma) and current registration with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing or a compact license. BLS certification is mandatory, and non-BSN holders must enroll in a BSN program within two years.
