Members receive access to specialized clinicians, including endocrinologists, obesity medicine specialists, and clinical pharmacists, at-home lab testing, prescription medications, and lifestyle support.
Strong empathy, communication, and patient-centered care skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Active Registered Nurse license in good standing, with ability to obtain additional licensure if needed Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or willing to pursue if not currently certified 3+ years of direct patient care in an ambulatory or telehealth setting Adaptable, self directed, and comfortable working independently Proficiency with digital tools for care delivery Flexibility to participate in rotational weekend or holiday coverage A HIPAA compliant, distraction free workspace This role offers a salary of up to $100,000, depending on experience.
