The Speech Language Pathologist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders, and create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers. They must also collaborate with various providers, meet documentation deadlines, and adhere to all agency policies and regulations.
Candidates must possess a current and active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas, along with an innovative spirit and demonstrated reliability. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of pediatric experience, home-health setting experience, and certifications in specialties like feeding therapy.
