The therapist will be responsible for screening and referring new patients, providing ongoing individual and group therapy, and coordinating treatment plans within a fast-paced medical clinic setting. This role also involves supporting the expansion of clinical program initiatives and working alongside medical providers.
Candidates must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, or other independent clinical licensure), with preference given to those holding additional LAS or CAS credentials. Clinical experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) is preferred, as is experience developing and implementing new programming.
Porch Light Health is seeking a qualified candidate to join our clinical team in Denver, CO. This role will facilitate our outpatient therapy offering in Denver and be an integral part of our virtual group therapy program servicing the state. The therapist will also be a part of expanding other clinical program initiatives. Responsibilities and duties: Assess Patient Needs Coordinate and treatment plan Psychoeducation Individual and group therapy Brief interventions - Motivational Interviewing Work in a fast paced medical clinic Work in an integrated and multidisciplinary setting Keep clinical documentation according to regulatory standards Case management and referral services as needed Support efforts to implement new programs
and skills LCSW, LPC, or other independent clinical licensure (additional LAS or CAS preferred) Clinical experience in the area of SUD preferred, but not required
Office Setting: In-Clinic and Telehealth Monday through Friday
$69,900-$82,000 per year, depending on education and experience.
