The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and develop relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include creating home exercise programs, coordinating care with other providers, and ensuring timely completion of all required patient documentation and agency paperwork.
Candidates must possess an active Physical Therapy license in Texas, coupled with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Preferred qualifications include over three years of pediatric physical therapy experience, home-health setting exposure, specialty certifications, or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
