The Registered Nurse provides quality care to critically ill patients by executing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while also serving as a patient advocate and supervising other caregivers. Essential functions involve maintaining nursing standards, developing individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications safely, and responding to acute patient changes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Registered Nursing program and possess current state licensure/compact state licensure, along with required BCLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of one year of training and experience in Critical Care is mandatory, and fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
