A Physical Therapist interprets initial evaluation results to determine appropriate patient goals and develops/modifies treatment plans using suitable techniques. They also participate in teaching opportunities, clinical education, and inter-disciplinary program planning while maintaining a safe environment.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program and hold a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit. Required knowledge includes anatomy, evaluation concepts, therapy techniques, and current professional trends, along with the ability to effectively communicate and manage patient transfers.
