Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes, including developing and following individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation of patient observations and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in New Mexico, a valid CPR certification, and a driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Home health experience is preferred, and applicants must pass pre-employment screenings.
