The primary duties involve managing appointment requests by logging online requests and daily calls, scheduling appointments according to guidelines, and coordinating animal transportation for appointments. Responsibilities also include advising guardians on animal care and handling follow-up communications.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities, along with proven animal handling skills. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old, have a valid U.S. driver's license with three years of driving experience, and be able to maintain a flexible schedule.

Term of Employment: Scheduled for 20 Hours per week
