The Certified Nursing Assistant provides assistance to support staff with daily activities, offering ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling while helping clients meet their medical and health needs. Responsibilities include reporting on time and spending at least 95 percent of working hours in personal contact with individuals, serving them safely and comfortably under direction.
A Certified Nursing Assistance Certificate is required for this role, and experience with the program population is preferred. Candidates must be able to write routine reports and correspondence, and a demonstrated understanding of serving culturally diverse populations is strongly preferred.

Report to shift on time ready to spend at least 95 percent of working hours in personal contact with individuals Serve residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a Program Manager and consultative support of DD Community RN Perform all duties in accordance with established methods, techniques and recognized standard Assist program support staff in completion of all daily/shift tasks, including but not limited to oversight of individuals’ medical and health needs: hospitalization, appointments, assessments, discharging, transferring and caring for the residents' personal belongings
Certified Nursing Assistance Certificate Required. Experience with the program population is preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
