About the role

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals, including assisting with therapeutic exercises and teaching the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence. Responsibilities also involve conducting therapeutic activities and accurately documenting patient progress in a timely manner.

  • Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

Requirements

Applicants must possess a current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills along with effective problem-solving abilities.
