JOB SUMMARY Works under immediate supervision to provide clerical and/or typing support in performance of variety of office duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature. This is an approximately 6-month assignment with the opportunity of extension based on performance.

• JOB DUTIES The Temporary Staff Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to the Willed Body Program.
• This role involves direct communication with families, coordination of donor logistics, and assistance to program leadership.
• Key Responsibilities may include: Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate department personnel as needed.
• Handle active death calls, providing guidance and support to families.
• Respond to questions regarding donation agreement forms and related processes.
• Send donation agreement forms to donor next of kin.
• Review donation forms for accuracy and completeness for active death cases.
• Arrange transportation for donors from place of death to the university.
• Assist Program Coordinator and Senior Administrator with tasks as needed.
• Various administrative and clerical assignments filled on an as needed basis.
