The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients according to prescribed plans, designing individualized programs to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability while also providing patient and family education. This role involves supervising physical therapist assistants, students, and aides, performing ongoing assessments, and developing/updating individualized plans of care based on patient goals.

Applicants must possess a current Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and hold a current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, along with required Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
