The Clinical Dietitian II provides medical nutrition therapy for pediatric patients by performing comprehensive nutrition assessments, diagnosing nutrition-related problems, and implementing targeted therapeutic interventions using the Nutrition Care Process. This role involves potential medical nutrition order writing, participation in education programs, and contributing to performance improvement and research activities.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, the Registered Dietitian (RD) credential, and obtain Pennsylvania State Licensure (LDN) within 120 days of hire, along with relevant board certification within 12 months. A minimum of two years of related paid clinical experience is required, with strong preference given to those with pediatric experience.
